House of Libertà
Privacy policy
Short version: we only collect what we need to run the Members Club, we never sell it, and you can leave whenever you like.

Who we are
House of Libertà (“Libertà”, “we”, “us”) is run by Rupert Zappia, ABN 54 832 950 246, based in Australia. If you have any question about your information, email us at ciao@houseofliberta.com.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you get your Tessera:
- your first name and email address
- your member number, your place in line, your referral code, who referred you (if anyone) and how many people you've brought in
- basic technical details such as your IP address and browser, which our waitlist provider uses to stop spam and fake signups
When you send us a brand partnership enquiry: your brand name, Instagram handle, email address and whatever you tell us in your message.
When you email us: your email address and what you write.
We don't ask for payment details, your address or your phone number on this page.
Why we collect it
- to give you your member number and Tessera card
- to give members first access to drops and send Letters from the House
- to keep track of referrals, so the people who bring others in aren't forgotten
- to reply to enquiries and partnership requests
- to keep the waitlist free of spam and fake signups
We won't use your details for anything unrelated without asking you first.
Emails and leaving
By getting your Tessera you agree to hear from us by email. We keep it to things worth saying: early access, drops and Letters from the House. You can leave any time by replying to any of our emails, emailing ciao@houseofliberta.com, or using the unsubscribe link in our Letters. If you leave, we'll stop emailing you and remove you from the list.
Who helps us run this
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the House for us:
- LaunchList, our waitlist and referral provider, which stores your signup and sends our membership emails (through its email partner, SendGrid)
- Netlify, which hosts this page and receives brand partnership enquiries
- Shopify, which manages our domain and forwards emails sent to our addresses
- Google, which provides our email inbox and the fonts on this page (loading the fonts shares your IP address with Google)
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use established providers with their own privacy and security commitments, but overseas laws may differ from Australia's.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This page doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you're a member. If you leave, we remove you from the list. We may keep a basic record of your email address so we don't contact you again by mistake.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable services with secure connections, limit who can access member information, and only keep what we need. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong, we'll let affected members know.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email ciao@houseofliberta.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to put it right. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll tell members by email.
